Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, food production, and kitchen management. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation and cooking.
Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends.
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and presented beautifully.
Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies while minimizing waste.
Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during banquets and events.
Handle shift management duties to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.
Monitor food production processes to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a culinary environment.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production methods, and kitchen management practices.
Experience in banquet preparation and execution is preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen.
Bartending experience is a plus but not required.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is desirable but not mandatory.
