Position: Bank Teller
Job Overview: The Bank Teller serves as the face of the bank, providing customers with exceptional service. They handle routine financial transactions and play a key role in the institution’s customer service and operational integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve account discrepancies, and provide information on bank products and services.
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensuring accuracy and security of bank funds.
- Follow all financial and security regulations and procedures set by the bank.
- Use banking software to track transactions and generate reports.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
- Experience in cash handling and customer service.
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
