Commercial Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments in commercial facilities. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and can work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, industrial, and office spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and surface sanitization
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing to maintain pristine flooring conditions
• Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively to ensure high standards of hygiene and appearance
• Perform custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, window cleaning, and kitchen area upkeep
• Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all cleaning activities
• Document completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures
• Skilled in floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing surfaces
• Knowledge of custodial practices for maintaining restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to prioritize daily tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and reporting issues promptly.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
