$20–$23/hour (based on experience)
Part-Time | Tuesday–Friday | 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

We're looking for a highly organized, personable, and motivated Front Desk Manager to be the face of our salon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and loves keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Managing the salon's appointment schedule and coordinating stylists' books
- Answering phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Overseeing daily front desk operations
- Assisting with salon management and administrative tasks
- Managing inventory and placing product orders
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Attending monthly team meetings
- Shampooing guests when needed
- Assisting with laundry and maintaining a clean, organized salon
- Supporting salon marketing and social media efforts
- Helping ensure the salon operates efficiently each day
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Social media experience
- Salon, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
- Willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow
