Position Summary:

TCG Labs–Soleil is seeking a motivated and intellectually curious Scientist I/II to join our Biology team. We’re looking for a Ph.D.-level scientist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to translate scientific insights into therapeutic solutions for patients with serious diseases. The ideal candidate combines strong scientific training and technical expertise with curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow into broader scientific ownership as our programs advance. 

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and analyze in vitro and/or in vivo studies to support target validation, candidate screening, and mechanism-of-action investigations.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across functions—including protein science, antibody discovery, biology, and preclinical development—to advance drug discovery programs effectively.
• Interpret experimental data in the context of biological hypotheses and project objectives; integrate findings to generate biological insights and guide next-step decisions.
• Present results and ideas in team meetings, contributing to experimental strategy and project direction.
• Stay current with emerging science and apply creative, analytical thinking to problem-solving.
• Build toward increasing scientific and project ownership as part of your professional growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of industry experience in in vitro pharmacology, in vivo pharmacology, or translational research.
• Strong technical skills in mammalian cell culture (cell lines and/or primary cells) and commonly used molecular and cell biology techniques.
• Experience with quantitative assay platforms such as flow cytometry, ELISA, MSD, Luminex, or qPCR.
• Experience with in vivo models across diverse disease areas such as immune-related diseases and oncology is desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in experimental design, data interpretation, and use of relevant analytical tools.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset, clear communication skills, and a drive to learn and take initiative.

Benefits and Compensation

TCG Labs-Soleil provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Short and Long Term Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), 401k plan and PTO.

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role is $98,000 - $187,500 annually (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.

Salary : $98,000 - $187,500
