What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Sole?
We are looking for servers to provide upscale experience to our guests. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy during the guests visit, presenting the Chef’s features, answering questions about the menu and managing the entire guest visit. Additionally, you’ll be expected to execute proper bottle service. You need to have a polite and friendly attitude and act with a sense of urgency when dealing with all requests. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you. Our goal is to provide the best guest experience to everyone that visits our restaurant.
I’Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Open wine bottles table side
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Collaborate with other servers and restaurant staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
- Alert management to guest concerns and feedback
- Manage checks and accept payment
