This is a contract role for helping to set up a Shopify online store. The role involves tasks such as setting up the Shopify storefront, adding and organizing products, configuring payment and shipping settings, and training staff on how to manage and operate the store. The role is hybrid, located in Chicago, IL, but some work-from-home is acceptable.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service and Retail Sales skills
- Exceptional Organization Skills
- Experience in Training staff is advantageous
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
