This is a remote position.Role OverviewWe are seeking an organized, proactive Project Manager with IT experience to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. This role focuses on coordination, timelines, stakeholder communication, and delivery assurance while partnering closely with technical teams such as engineers, systems administrators, and implementation consultants.The ideal candidate understands IT environments well enough to translate technical work into clear plans, milestones, and business outcomes without needing to be the hands-on technical executor.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end project delivery including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependenciesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentationCoordinate between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadershipFacilitate project meetings, stand-ups, checkpoints, and executive updatesTrack risks, issues, and change requests while proactively driving resolutionEnsure projects align with business goals, technical constraints, and client expectationsSupport implementation initiatives such as system upgrades, migrations, integrations, and process improvementsMaintain clear documentation and follow project governance and delivery standardsRequirementsRequired Qualifications3–7 years of Project Management experienceIT or technology project experience is required (infrastructure, applications, systems, MSP, SaaS, or enterprise environments)Strong understanding of SDLC, implementation lifecycles, and IT delivery workflowsProven ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with cross-functional technical teamsProficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)Preferred QualificationsExperience in MSP, enterprise IT, or SaaS environmentsExposure to system implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, identity, security, or integrations)Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologiesPMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar certificationWhy This Role WorksThis position is ideal for a Project Manager who understands IT projects, can speak the language of technical teams, and keeps delivery moving without needing to be deeply technical day-to-day.
