What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Router Operator position at Sole Design Cabinetry?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a CNC machine to produce precision parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Change tooling when necessary
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machine
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC operating experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read measuring tools (at least a measuring tape in inches.)
- Basic understanding of machining processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
