What are the responsibilities and job description for the 5:30 AM Fitness Instructor position at SOLDIERFIT?
We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and providing personalized training sessions to clients.
- Certification in personal training or group fitness is not required to apply. We would be happy to help the right person get their certification.
Duties:
-Open Facility and arrive on time
- Conduct bootcamp classes
- Provide personalized training sessions to clients based on their individual goals and fitness levels
- Design and implement effective exercise programs that target specific muscle groups and improve overall fitness
- Demonstrate proper form and technique during exercises to ensure client safety and maximize results
- Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition
Requirements:
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
-Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is preferred but not required

5:30 AM - higher pay
5:30 PM
6:30 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
