What are the responsibilities and job description for the Installation Apprentice position at Solatube Home Inc?
Solatube Home is seeking a reliable Installer Apprentice to join our team in Orange County, CA. We are an award winning company that brightens our customers' homes using energy efficient daylighting systems.
The Job: You are the face of our company, fulfilling our customers wishes by providing help to our skylight installers at each step of the skylight installation process. You provide an excellent customer experience while completing our 3-step installation process safely and efficiently.
The Logistics: 8am to 5pm schedule, Monday - Friday. Hourly rate plus full benefits.

The Requirements:
- 1 years of home improvement OR construction experience, ideally solar, roofing, window, gutter or siding installation, or similar industry
- Comfortable working on roofs/attics
- Ability to safely climb ladders, lift up to 50lbs, and use hand/power tools.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable with good attendance
