Summary: Join our dynamic sales team as a Customer Renewal Specialist at SolarWinds, where you will play a vital role in guiding customers through the renewal sales cycle. Your expertise will help maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring they continue to benefit from our solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Guide existing customers through the conversion renewal sales cycle, from initial contact to closing complex transactions
• Work with customers to resolve any issues that may prevent them from maintaining a relationship with SolarWinds
• Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition, suggest suitable growth solutions, and negotiate pricing
• Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and/or generate custom quotes and present them to the customer
• Manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce to Sales/Renewals leadership
• Operate internally as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve customer experience and further investments
• Achieve monthly quotas and quarterly targets
• Maintain high call and email volume daily

Required Skills:

• Passion for sales and a results-oriented, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to create a great customer experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Analytical and problem-solving experience
• Knowledge of subscription models, perpetual support, SaaS, and cloud technologies is a plus
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with the ability to multi-task and track multiple issues
• Previous experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce is a plus
