As a Construction Manager, you will lead and manage 5–6 installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to SolarTech’s quality standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and are passionate about renewable energy, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of 5–6 solar installation crews, including installers and foremen
- Manage scheduling, crew assignments, and project timelines to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with OSHA, NEC, local AHJ, and company standards
- Drive quality control across all jobs, including inspections, rework reduction, and final walkthroughs
- Support and enforce safety protocols, including proper PPE use and job site safety practices
Coordinate with project management, engineering, permitting, and warehouse teams to align materials and schedules - Monitor crew productivity, performance, and accountability across multiple job sites
- Troubleshoot field issues including installation challenges, electrical concerns, and customer escalations
- Oversee and support Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) and complex electrical scopes as needed
- Train, coach, and develop foremen and crew members to improve performance and promote growth
- Ensure accurate job documentation, reporting, and status updates across all projects
- Maintain strong communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout installation
Compensation
- Solely based on experience - Foreman will be above the stated pay range
