YOU MUST:

Great customer service skills
Have retail, serving, or some sort of sales experience*
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about tanning services and products
- Educate customers on the benefits of indoor tanning
- Operate tanning equipment and ensure proper usage by customers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of tanning beds and salon area
- Promote and upsell tanning packages, lotions, and accessories
- Process customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Schedule appointments and manage customer bookings
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of tanning techniques, equipment, and products is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional appearance
