You'll be out meeting with customers face-to-face, running consultations, and closing deals.The skills that matters most: rapport-building, establishing trust quickly, consultative sales, time management, handling rejection, mental toughness, and a positive attitude.We don't expect you to be perfect from the start; we're going to spend time in the field with you and train you in a lead-by-example model where you get to see what success looks like.HIGHLIGHTSAverage rookies earn between $100,000 to $300,000 in year one. Initial training is paid. Upon graduating our training program, you will switch to performance-based compensation where your income is tied to your sales performance.
