Leveraging cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, we’re expanding rapidly and looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales Manager to take our sales team to the next level.


The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) across multiple verticals. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance by setting clear KPIs, coaching and supporting team members, and ensuring targets are consistently met. This includes leading daily team meetings, weekly one-on-one check-ins, and actively participating in or overseeing calls with strategic clients. You’ll also review sales calls, identify areas for improvement, and ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention. Collaboration with HR to address underperformance and providing monthly reports to senior management will also be part of your role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of BDMs across multiple verticals
  • Set, track, and monitor KPIs to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones to support development
  • Participate in strategic client calls and review sales calls to provide feedback
  • Collaborate with leadership on lead generation and client retention strategies
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and provide monthly performance reports
