As an Experience Guide with Solarity, your typical day includes:
- Ensure that every individual entering the branch has a positive and welcoming first impression.
- Streamline check-in procedures to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth experience for those arriving.
- Contribute to overall member satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Create an environment that makes individuals feel valued, comfortable, and encouraged to return.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to create seamless and cohesive member experience.
- Assist members with simple tasks that can be handled with ease.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable.
