We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents each and every day. Must be able to work every other weekend, both Saturday Sunday. Solaris HealthCare Charlotte Harbor is a 180-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Charlotte Florida.

Some of your Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities include:
- Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
- Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
- Medication administration
- Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
- Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
- Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State
- CPR Certification required
- One Year prior nursing experience preferred
