Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast-paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends and participation in an on-call schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
- Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation
- Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
- Works cooperatively with all Solaris departments
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision
- Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
- Must maintain a good driving record
- Must have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
- Reliable vehicle, car insurance and driver’s license.
- Smartphone for communication and routing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
