• Be fluent in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Be confident answering phones, scheduling appointments, and communicating professionally

• Be comfortable learning new technology and office software
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy contributing to a collaborative team

Previous chiropractic or healthcare experience is helpful but not required. We're happy to train the right person.

About the Position

As our Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant, you'll be the first person patients interact with. Your warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail help create an outstanding patient experience from the moment someone calls or walks through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Following up with new patient inquiries
• Managing payments and explaining office procedures
• Maintaining patient records and office organization
• Running reports and assisting with daily administrative tasks
• Taking digital X-rays (training provided)
• Supporting our team to keep the office running smoothly
