SolarCraft is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support our Construction Operations team. This full-time role is based at our Novato headquarters and plays a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient project delivery.
What You’ll Do
You will support procurement, inventory, and operational coordination across HVAC and energy projects. Key responsibilities include:
Procurement & Vendor Coordination
- Manage procurement of all HVAC equipment.
- Maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders, track shipments, and administer received goods.
- Manage invoices and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in accounting software.
- Coordinate with Project Management and the HVAC Operations Manager to meet installation timelines.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
Inventory & Logistics
- Maintain proper stock levels for key materials.
- Oversee inventory tracking and logistics management.
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts.
- Provide support to the Warehouse Manager as needed.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Accounting, and Operations teams.
- Assist with accounting tasks and data entry.
What You Bring
- 1 years of experience in Accounting, Procurement, or related roles.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment—independently and with a team.
- Highly responsible, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- High ethical standards and sound judgment.
