The Inventory Control Analyst will play a key role in supporting the operational efficiency of our fast-growing E-commerce nutraceutical company. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, coordinating product movement, and ensuring the timely shipment of finished goods. The analyst will work closely with the E-commerce Manager and cross-functional teams to support order fulfillment across all platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all channels.
- Monitor stock levels daily to identify and address discrepancies, shortages, or overages.
- Coordinate and oversee the shipment of finished goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers and marketplace partners.
- Support inbound and outbound inventory processes, including receiving, labeling, packing lists and tracking of shipments and ensure that all details are accurate.
- Accurately prepare all shipment documentation with a high level of precision, ensuring error-free and timely completion
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand.
- Prepare and analyze regular inventory reports, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reconcile inventory between systems (WMS, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart Seller Center) to ensure accuracy.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories by providing data validation and variance analysis.
- Assist in establishing and improving inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards related to nutraceutical products.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of inventory control, logistics, or supply chain experience (E-commerce and/or nutraceutical experience a strong plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, variances, and process gaps.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).
- Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in building automated workflows, developing analytical tools, and performing dataset analysis
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration and cross-functional communication
- Process-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs when handling samples or shipments

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
