What you will do:

• Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials in accordance with established quality procedures
• Maintain controlled MRB/quarantine areas to prevent unintended use of defective components
• Accurately document nonconforming material data in ERP/QMS systems (e.g., SAP)
• Ensure full traceability of parts, including serial number and lot tracking
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to support MRB evaluations
• Execute MRB dispositions (scrap, rework, repair, use-as-is)
• Maintain audit-ready work areas
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

What you will have:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred
• Familiarity with AS9100 and/or ISO 9001
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  
  

What will set you apart:

• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Prior MRB experience
• Knowledge of turbine components
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing
  
  

Summary Pay Range:

$58,556.00 - $87,834.00
