Glare Control is a newly aquired company by Solar Tint, the largest 3M dealer of window tint in the Midwest, and we are rapidly growing. Along with tinting, we produce and install signs, Environmental Graphics, Safety and Security film, and attachment systems, which keeps the business growing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled individuals to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for attention to detail and possess the technical skills necessary to apply film with precision and care. This role involves working with various types of Residential & Commercial installation materials and ensuring that each application meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Position:
Commercial and Residential Installer of Window Tinting and Graphics.
Starting pay is $22.00 an hour. We will train. No experience necessary.
Typical hours are Monday - Friday between 7AM-5PM but can vary as this is field work.
Some evenings or Saturdays may be required depending on when we can access certain job sites.
You must be available to work out of town a minimum of 25% of the time. Travel crews get a 10% pay differential and per-diem and are home on most weekends.
Qualification Requirements:
- MUST have a High School Education or Equivalent
- MUST have a Valid Driver’s License
- MUST be willing to Travel 25%
- MUST pass Mandatory Background Check & Drug Screen
- Familiarity with Hand tools & Power tools
- Capability to read Blueprints and follow instructions
- Ability to read a tape measurer
- Physically fit for heavy lifting tasks
- Experience working from ladders
Responsibilities:
- Install window tint, wall coverings, and graphics according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
