As an employee at Solar Tan your working shift will require you to use your skill set to provide the upmost service to our customers. The expectations of customers for you to provide them with quick accurate information is a very high bar to hurdle, but the rewards of doing this is reflected in your sales commission checks. You have a base hourly rate. Product Sales commissions can greatly increase your pay check (the more you put into your job the more you will earn). We are a fast paced business and present many challenges to the right individuals to excel and grow with us.
