What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Manager position at Solar Roast Coffee?
Solar Roast Coffee in Pueblo, CO is looking for one sales manager to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 112 W 2nd Street. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and engaged. We are looking for someone who is able to make sales calls daily with the possibility of outside demo work.
Pay Rate: TBD- based off of experience and expectation.

Responsibilities
- Make and meet sales call goals
- Attending weekly meetings with ownership to go over goals and sales information
- Train, coach, and develop sales reps
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with business needs
- Build and maintain strong clientele relationships
Qualifications
- Experience working in a sales position
- Ability to manage and lead a team to success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Excel preferred, but not required
