What You'll Do
This is a retail-based solar sales role.
- Engage customers in high-traffic retail locations
- Educate homeowners on how solar saves money and adds long-term value
- Qualify interest and present customized solar solutions
- Build rapport and trust with customers in a retail environment
- Represent Solar Pros with professionalism and confidence
Who We're Looking For
We are hiring both entry-level reps and experienced closers.
- Motivated, goal-oriented individuals
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable initiating conversations in a retail setting
- No experience required. We provide full training and ongoing support
- Previous sales or solar closing experience is a plus for higher earning potential
