We’re looking for sharp, motivated people who can set qualified appointments using a variety of outreach strategies. Whether you prefer door-to-door, cold calling, social media outreach, or in-person networking — if you can start quality conversations, we want to talk to you.
You set the appointment. We close the deal. You split the commission — 50/50.

What You’ll Do
- Generate solar leads through outbound strategies: door knocking, phone calls, social media, local events, etc.
- Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home or virtual consultations
- Work closely with our experienced closers and sales leadership
- Track activity and performance through our CRM
- Represent the Top Flight brand with professionalism, confidence, and energy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and coachable
- Competitive background (athletics, military, direct sales, etc.) is a plus
- Willingness to knock doors and engage face-to-face when needed
- Looking for a serious income opportunity, not a clock-in job
