About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team in North Hollywood. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our future clients. Your primary goal is to engage with homeowners, spark their interest in renewable energy, and schedule qualified consultations for our expert closing sales team.

What You Will Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate interest in our solar solutions.
  • Field inbound inquiries and answer basic questions regarding our services.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the necessary criteria for a solar consultation.
  • Schedule firm, high-quality appointments for our outside sales representatives.
  • accurately log all call details, customer information, and appointment times into our CRM system.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting quotas.

What We Are Looking For

  • Phone Confidence: You are highly comfortable speaking on the phone, with a clear, engaging, and persuasive communication style.
  • In-Person Availability: You must be able to commute to and work reliably from our North Hollywood office.
  • Resilience: You maintain a positive attitude and can handle rejection gracefully.
  • Drive: You are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Tech Skills: You are comfortable using computers and navigating basic software or CRM platforms.
  • Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right personality!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $19-$22 hr
  • Training: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing sales training to ensure you succeed.
