Solar Negotiators is seeking a qualified project manager to join our team of solar professionals. We are looking for candidates who have a strong sense of teamwork and are committed to excellence in customer service and customer satisfaction.

About Solar Negotiators

Solar Negotiators was founded on the principle of giving homeowners information on how to buy and own their own solar system.

Job Duties

• Project management to include customer service calls, coordinating materials, and coordinating schedules for residential home improvement.
• Document management and management of databases.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, business owners, installation crews, and service providers.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service skills, both on the phone and in-person.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google docs, and Adobe acrobat.
• Experience working with customer relationship management applications and databases.
• Experience managing shared, cloud-based, documents and databases i.e., Salesforce.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and timelines to ensure proper and timely execution of project requirements and scope of work.
• Ability to consistently follow-up and follow-through to ensure tasks have been completed on time and in the correct manner.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Five years of equivalent project management experience desired.
• Solar industry experience strongly desired.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
