Project Manager - Commercial Solar

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager for our Commercial Solar Construction division. This field-based position involves extensive on-site work at client job sites located throughout Central California, with assignments that typically change every few months. The Project Manager plans, budgets, reports progress, and supervises construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. The role leads teams of solar and electrician professionals, managing budgets across multiple project components and coordinating closely with internal and external partners to meet design and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

Utilize construction management software to track project progress, budgets, and schedules.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Collaborate with subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.

Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation.

Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution.

Implement effective time management strategies to optimize workflow and productivity.
