Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Tucson, AZ for a Human Resources Manager.
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee and manage HR activities to ensure compliance with policies and foster a positive work culture.
- Daily responsibilities include employee recruitment and onboarding, administering compensation and benefits programs, overseeing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing performance evaluations, and developing training programs.
- Additionally, the role requires collaborating with management to align HR practices with business goals and supporting workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Human Resources Management: Proficiency in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance and the development of company policies.
- Organizational Development: Experience in performance evaluations, training programs, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and communication skills to effectively manage and support employees and collaborate with leadership teams.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Masters degree in Human Resources, Management or related field.
- Certifications : PHR, SPHR, or SHRM ;
- Prior experience in a management role (minimum 1 - 3 years); familiarity with HR software systems.
