Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Appointment Setter role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Solar Appointment Setter will contact prospective clients, explain the company’s services, and qualify leads based on their solar contract situation. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, gathering key information about homeowner contracts, and scheduling appointments for consultations with contract experts. The role also involves updating CRM records, following up with interested homeowners, and maintaining professional, clear communication to ensure a positive experience. The Solar Appointment Setter will collaborate with the advocacy and legal support teams to ensure appointments are accurately set and aligned with client needs.
Qualifications
