The Project Administrator is responsible for assisting with the job site accounting functions.

Responsibilities:
- Onboarding of new employees.
- Verification of I-9 documents and processing paper to CSS. (CSS Responsibility)
- Time Management System, reports, and time verification of hourly employees.
- Process expense reports, maintain certificates of insurance for subcontractors, and process lien releases for subcontractors.
Skills:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SmartBarrel, and Procore
- Experience with Procore, beneficial, but not required.
- Basic Bookkeeping
- Organizational Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team player
- Multitasking skills
Qualifications / Requirements:
- High School diploma
- 2 years' bookkeeping and/or Jr. Accounting experience

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
