JOB TITLE: Packaging & Labeling Associate

- Reports directly to the Packaging & Labeling Supervisor
- With additional oversight by the Director of Production
- Check with Supervisor for daily schedule
- Set up work station and/or N2 Machine for task scheduled
- Properly fill out canning production tracker
- Daily break down of N2 after strain and/or end of day
- Assist with weekly full N2 breakdown and maintenance
- Clean station and follow daily cleaning protocol & document in log
- Package all concentrates and edible products produced at the facility
- Seal, tamper-proof products, sulfane wrap pkg if needed
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Check with Supervisor for daily schedule
- Set up work station for task scheduled
- Solar package “Box label” properly filled out, which includes Task,Initials, old tag new tag,quantity, Product description
- Properly fill out Production Index card, which includes Employee Name, Date,Start time, Product, METRC,Total, End time
- Properly fill out MP & Third Party sheets
- Clean station and follow daily cleaning protocol & document in log
- Maintain consistency through repetition to maintain uniformity in products
- Be aware of quality and compliance standards and check for defects
- Comply with all state regulations and company standard practices and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- On occasion you may be asked to cross train or help in other departments/positions (Trim/Manicure, Post Harvest, Pre-Roll)
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- End of day restock all non-cannabis inventory as needed

- Experience in high volume packaging preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of frequent, repetitive, and fast hand movements
- Able to accurately follow specific direction in a strictly regulated facility
- Must possess a high attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in English
- Excellent organization and time management skills required
- Excellent work ethic, reliability and professionalism
- Have genuine and positive energy
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be able to pass all required background checks
- Ability to work days, nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
- This job function may include being in a stationary position, or moving for extended periods of time.
