AUTHORITY & SUPERVISION:
- Reports directly to the Facilities Inventory Manager and the Facilities Inventory Assistant Manager
- Use Apex Trading, Dutchie and METRC inventory systems to fulfill orders
- Move products digitally and physically in Dutchie and METRC systems
- Create packages in Metrc and Dutchie from production batches
- Create wholesale transfer manifests in Dutchie
- Pick and process retail and wholesale orders for deliveries
- Review and ensure accuracy of orders for on-time delivery
- Assist the Cannabis Inventory Coordinators with stocking and organizing products
- Communicate product discrepancies with the Facilities Inventory Managers
- Assist with third party labeling as needed
- Provide coverage as a Logistics Driver for wholesale deliveries as needed
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Experience in high volume packaging preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills required
- Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Frequently move up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)
- Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and humidity
- Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground
- May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods
