As we scale our marketing efforts, we’re looking for a Google & YouTube Paid Media Specialist to take full ownership of our paid search and video advertising campaigns. What You’ll Do
- Strategically plan, launch, and manage Google Search and YouTube Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and direct response
- Own the entire media buying process—from keyword research, targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign setup to daily optimization and scaling
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative and video teams on high-performing ad creatives (video scripts, thumbnails, etc.)
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on keywords, audiences, creative, and landing pages
- Manage budgets and pacing daily, ensuring efficient spend and ROAS
- Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, bounce rate) and proactively make performance-based adjustments
- Create and manage retargeting campaigns using custom and lookalike audiences
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies in both Google Search and YouTube
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and YouTube Ads for direct response or lead gen
- Strong knowledge of keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and bidding optimization
- Proven success managing budgets of $100K monthly, with a clear understanding of ROI metrics
- Experience working with Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools
- Ability to write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy and provide creative direction for video assets
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
