Role Description This full-time, Account Manager role is fully remote. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their solar assets are managed effectively and transparently. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring system performance reports, communicating insights and recommendations, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and following up on action items to address performance issues. The role also involves preparing client updates and presentations, maintaining accurate account records, supporting contract renewals and expansions, and responding promptly to client questions and concerns. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure clients receive timely, high-quality service and clear guidance on their solar investment strategies.
