Key Responsibilities
- System Diagnostics: Conduct thorough assessments of existing solar arrays and battery storage systems to identify wiring faults, inverter failures, or performance drops.
- Expert Repairs: Execute complex electrical repairs and system upgrades.
- Battery Integration: Service and commission Tesla Powerwall and Enphase storage solutions.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a professional face for the company, explaining technical issues to homeowners with clarity and empathy.
- Regional Travel: Travel to job sites across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia (Company vehicle/travel perks included).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated solar electrical experience.
- Certifications: Active certifications in Tesla and Enphase battery systems are highly preferred.
- Growth Mindset: Currently enrolled in an Electrician Apprenticeship Program (or a desire to continue your journey toward a Journeyman/Master license).
