Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating project schedules, managing communication between stakeholders, ensuring timely deliverables, and assisting in the smooth execution of solar projects from initiation to completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of solar projects
- Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and resources
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reporting
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the sales team with technical knowledge and project feasibility assessments
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Experience coordinating residential installations and service work
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; comfortable holding a high volume of active jobs without dropping one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM or service scheduling platform
- Experience with project scheduling workflows, risk tracking, and permitting workflows
- Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, installers, and internal sales teams
- Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
