Base Salary: $60,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience)
Commission: 5% of Sales Revenue (Uncapped)
Travel Requirement:
Up to 30% travel (All travel expenses covered including flights and lodging)
Solar Camera Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and expand our presence in the energy, security, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
This role is ideal for candidates who already have established industry relationships and experience working with oil & gas companies, security firms, construction contractors, or infrastructure operators.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, generating new revenue opportunities, and leading a sales team to expand the company’s national market presence.
Our products — including Solar AI Camera Trailers, Solar Lighting Towers, and Solar Generators — provide mobile security, surveillance, and lighting solutions for construction sites, industrial operations, and public safety environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and develop new business opportunities in oil & gas, construction, security, retail, and infrastructure industries.
Leverage existing industry relationships and client networks to generate new sales opportunities.
Strategic Client ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, contractors, and strategic partners.
Lead high-level sales discussions, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
Sales LeadershipRecruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Set sales targets, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
Trade Shows & Industry RepresentationRepresent Solar Camera Inc. at major industry trade shows and conferences across the United States.
Develop new business opportunities through industry networking and partnerships.
Product Solutions & DemonstrationsPresent and demonstrate AI-powered solar security and infrastructure solutions to prospective clients.
Work closely with internal teams to develop customized solutions for enterprise customers.
Required Qualifications- 5 years of sales or business development experience
- Experience working with oil & gas companies, security companies, construction firms, or infrastructure contractors
- Established industry relationships or client network strongly preferred
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
- Experience leading or managing a sales team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
