The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for coordinating daily inventory activities across manufacturing and warehousing operations. This role ensures accurate inventory records, supports material flow, and helps maintain alignment with production schedules and customer needs. The supervisor works closely with warehouse staff and other departments to uphold inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and follow inventory control procedures and best practices
- Supervise cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Planning to support material availability
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and material handling processes
- Track and report inventory metrics such as accuracy, shrinkage, and slow-moving stock
- Ensure ERP/MRP inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely
- Support Finance with inventory data for month-end close and compliance
- Train and guide warehouse team members in inventory procedures
- Promote continuous improvement through lean practices and 5S initiatives
- Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance
- All other duties assigned .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and inventory control methods.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and team coordination abilities.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain , Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably in manufacturing
- This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs , bending, stooping, computer work, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
