In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting tanning services and products that best meet their needs. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and operational. Your ability to upsell products and services will contribute to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance in selecting tanning options.
- Educate clients on the benefits of various tanning services and products.
- Perform cash handling duties, including processing payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tanning beds and salon areas according to health regulations.
- Promote additional services and products through effective upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all products are stocked and displayed appropriately.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tanning techniques, and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Qualifications
