Essential Responsibilities/Duties
- Oversee and Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS):
- Ensure the ATS is configured and functioning optimally.
- Regularly audit and update system workflows, templates, and user access.
- Develop and Update Recruitment Procedures:
- Create and maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date manual processes and documentation related to recruitment.
- Implement process improvements based on system updates or organizational needs.
- Actively Source Qualified Candidates:
- Use various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct Insightful Interviews:
- Schedule and perform candidate interviews, assessing technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align role requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Team:
- Act as a point of contact for recruitment needs and strategies.
- Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress and candidate feedback.
- Monitor Recruitment Metrics and Report on Outcomes:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Use data to inform strategic recruitment decisions and improvements.
- Ensure Compliance with Employment Laws and Policies:
- Maintain ethical recruiting practices and adhere to diversity, equity, and inclusion standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, including working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms (e.g., iCIMS, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Proven ability to source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative channels.
- Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and updating procedures.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices, including EEO and diversity hiring principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
