Solace Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed Clinical Therapist to join our growing team in a part-time, hybrid 1099 contractor position.
This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and their families. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable providing therapy to clients ranging from elementary school age through the teen years.
This position is primarily afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends, and evening and/or weekend availability is required to meet the needs of our community. You'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule while building a caseload that aligns with your clinical interests.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions in-person and/or via telehealth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our EHR
- Collaborate with our team of clinicians to provide integrative, trauma-informed care
- Participate in occasional team meetings and consultation
- Active North Carolina license or associate-level license (LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), LMFT(A))
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- Experience working with children and adolescents (or strong interest and relevant training)
- Training or strong interest in trauma-informed care
- Availability to work afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Part-Time Contract (1099)

$94–$119 per clinical hour, depending on licensure level and caseload.
