Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Mental Health Counselor will provide individual and family therapy, develop and implement treatment plans, conduct psychological assessments, and offer relationship and behavioral counseling. They will coordinate case management services and collaborate with clients to achieve personalized mental health goals.
Qualifications

- Experience in Mental Health Counseling and in-depth knowledge of Psychology
- Proficiency in Relationship Counseling and assisting with interpersonal conflict resolution
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required
- Current associate level or licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in Colorado is required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality in clinical practice
