What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Residential Property Coordinator in East Liberty position at Solace Management LLC?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Part-Time Residential Property Coordinator to assist with a variety of tasks related to our residential properties. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near the East Liberty/Garfield area. Hours will vary seasonally, with increased demand during the summer months and reduced hours in the winter.
On average, the position will require 10-15 hours per week, with significantly more hours during the summer.
Responsibilities: Under the direction of a Remote Manager, who will oversee all leasing and maintenance calls, you will be responsible for tasks that require on-site presence. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting property showings for prospective tenants
- Performing property inspections, including move-ins and move-outs
- Attending court hearings or tenant lock-out situations as needed
- Responding promptly to emergencies such as fires, water leaks, or health hazards, ensuring resolution within 24 hours
- Meeting vendors on-site and inspecting their work to ensure quality standards
- Documenting tasks by taking before and after pictures of completed work
- Handling various on-site tasks such as changing locks, replacing furnace filters, shopping for supplies, and managing small moves
* Requirements:
- Ability to respond to emergency situations promptly and manage tasks within tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for traveling between properties
Experience in property management or similar roles is preferred but not required *
Compensation: The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22, based on experience. Hours worked will be tracked through a time management software.
