Job Summary
A family owned Dental Practice is seeking a bilingual (Spanish & English), friendly and professional Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires prior experience as a Dental Receptionist, experience with Dental Software specifically Dentrix Ascend, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite and Office applications, d, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, typing, and preparing reports.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Support dental duties as needed, including patient check-ins and record management.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and improve client experiences.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist is required.
- Prior experience in Dental insurance eligibility and verification preferred.
- Prior experience with dental software preferably Dentrix Ascend.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
