Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, committed to client-centered care, and comfortable working in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy services
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary providers and community resources
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Ensure compliance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Active LSW license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred
- Preferred: Active Medicaid billing number
Preferred Skills
- Experience with diverse and underserved populations
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
