Sola Salons is the leading salon studio concept in the U.S. with over 700 locations and expects to open 50 locations per year over the next several years. The salon studio concept is the fastest growing segment of the $50 billion salon industry.
Four S LLC Description:
We are a franchisee of Sola Salons serving multiple markets across the southeast. We are the largest franchisee in the system with 50 locations with an aggressive growth strategy.
Business:
Sola Salons is a facility operator which provides turnkey one- and two-chair salon studios for beauty professionals. Sola Salons’ tenants are not employees, but rather independent business owners. Sola Salons provides a high-end salon environment to highly dedicated beauty professionals who desire to own their own businesses. We support the success of these stylists by providing business services and fostering a sense of community – allowing each beauty professional to express her creativity, enhance the client experience and own her success.
General Manager Overview:
General Manager is a front-line position which directly addresses the needs of our tenants/beauty professionals and is responsible for our programs and initiatives in the market. Sola Salons is a service business which operates in a B2B environment where we enable beauty professionals to grow successful businesses.
Our success is based on marketing and recruiting the best stylists in the market and working with them to become long-term salon owners who love running their businesses at our locations. The General Manager is directly responsible for marketing, recruiting and delivering a high level of support and service to our salon owners so they can each achieve their success as they define it.
The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business, including: marketing/recruiting/retention, revenue collection/expense control, occupancy goals, facilities/vendor management, business training, cultivating industry relationships and overall operating/financial performance of each location.
Education and Career Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in a front-line client service industry. Experience in the beauty or salon industry is not required. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are required – and a philosophy of service. Retail, hospitality, rental car, sales and general management experience are welcome.
Candidate must be able to demonstrate: success delivering high quality services; managing the sales cycle; general management skills and financial literacy.
Candidate must be a self-starter capable of managing demands of multiple groups (management, employees, salon owners, industry relationships) while moving forward with ongoing strategic objectives. Success will be measured in your ability to meet occupancy goals, financial/operations metrics, service to our salon owners and generate excitement in our programs and initiatives.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
